Close ally to Governor Seyi Makinde, Otunba Seye Famojuro has called on Muslims to embrace the virtues of sacrifice, love, faith and unity as they celebrate year 2021 Eid-el-Kabir.

In a statement made available to SOUTHWEST-FRONTIER NEWS, Otunba Seye Famojuro said, the season is a clarion call for the people of Oyo State and Nigeria as a whole to imbibe the lessons of sacrifice, sincere commitment to righteous conduct as well as selfless service to God and humanity.
“As we celebrate this auspicious occasion, let us renew our faith in Oyo State and our nation, implore the Almighty Allah to restore to us our great values and remember the poor and less privileged people in our midst by extending a hand of love and support to them”.

“We display values that place high premium on good neighbourliness and love as we reaffirm our faith in the unity of our dear country. This period requires more calmness, tolerance, patriotism and greater willingness to make personal sacrifices for the good of all while calling on government at federal level to be more responsible by replicating Governor Makinde's approach in providing good governance for the people” he said.
